However, it is important to know that regardless of how much you lose, you must continue with your efforts if you are to keep the pounds off. If you do not, then you are setting yourself up for failure. So, it certainly would have been better for Tamela Mann to have entered a cosmetic surgery clinic for help with losing weight rather than doing it on her own.

In addition, it is important to love yourself despite the way that you may feel at times. The way you think of yourself will effect every aspect of your life, including losing weight.
